Top career advice: fight to be irreplaceable—but first decide who you actually want to be…

I do a lot of 𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗿 𝗮𝗱𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲 calls, and the advice I give is usually pretty consistent. This is always at the 𝘁𝗼𝗽 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗹𝗶𝘀𝘁:

Fight to be 𝗶𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗲𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲.

To your 𝗽𝗲𝗲𝗿𝘀.

To your 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀.

But first, you have to answer a harder question:

Who the 𝗳*𝗰𝗸 do you actually want to be?

Not the title.

Not the resume.

Not what you think leadership wants.

The person you decide to show up as every day.

And yes—before you ask—

the video quality isn’t great.

But in a world where content matters more than polish, I remembered something:

I have an AI recording of these real conversations.

So instead of rerecording them in a studio…
