Your information, plainly.

When you subscribe to Experienced By Wayne, I collect your email address, which signup form you used and the page you were on.

Subscriptions are managed by Kit (formerly ConvertKit), my email provider. Kit stores your address, sends the newsletter and may record whether emails are opened and which links are clicked.

After you sign up, you get one email asking you to confirm. Until you confirm, you won't receive the newsletter.

Every email has an unsubscribe link. Once you use it, Kit stops sending you the newsletter.

The Contact and Work With Wayne forms collect your name, email, organization, phone number and message, and send them to me so I can reply. Sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to the newsletter.

Signup forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from bots. To do that, Cloudflare processes technical details such as your IP address and browser information.

This site doesn't use analytics or advertising cookies. The hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, to run and secure the site.

Podcast episode pages load audio details from the podcast host when the page opens. YouTube and Vimeo videos load only when you press play. These services may then set their own cookies.

I don't sell or rent your information. It's shared only with the services named on this page, and only to do what this page describes.

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information I hold about you. Email wayne@cuentomarketing.com and I'll take care of it.
