Too many leaders try and hold the strong back to harness that strength for their own benefit, but what they don’t understand is they miss out on so much growth by suppressing that inner fire of a creator.
You can’t stop a strong person from growing or leaving, but you can encourage that growth and hope to hold onto them for a little bit longer. To truly do what’s in the best interest of others will not always feel great in the short term, but in the long run you will win and so will they.
