Walking the Robert Mondavi winery in Napa this week and the level of care and knowledge our guide had for the experience and their brand was incredible.

After our experience we were all sharing our appreciation for his efforts and it rememinded me how important it is to feel appreciated for what you bring to work everyday. I have had too many conversations lately where people are staying in roles where it is clear that the organization doesn’t appreciate their efforts. If your efforts are not appreciated by those who’s opinions matter most in your company, it’s time to evaluate how you are spending your days.
