In today’s economy, it’s not enough to just do your job.
Your company needs more from you.
When I worked at the Dolphins, leadership rolled out a program called “𝗧𝗼𝗱𝗼𝘀 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗼𝘀 𝘃𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗱𝗼𝗿𝗲𝘀” — we are all 𝘀𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲.
Now, as a business owner, I really get this.
No matter the industry, your people are your greatest opportunity to tell your story and build credibility. Not through pitches, but through how they show up, talk about the work, and represent the brand every day.
The problem?
People are afraid of the word sales. I was too. Early in my career, I rejected that label completely.
So here’s my new mission for 2026:
𝗧𝗼𝗱𝗼𝘀 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗼𝘀 𝗻𝗮𝗿𝗿𝗮𝗱𝗼𝗿𝗲𝘀.
We are all storytellers.
Because storytelling feels human.
Storytelling builds trust.
And storytelling is how brands actually grow.
Have you told your story today?
