I want to build a business that I would love to work for and values creativity.

I want to build a business that I would love to work for and values creativity.

That was just one of the comments from when Katie and I started to plan CUENTO Marketing (opens the CUENTO site in a new tab). Last week in Nashville we had our second annual CUENTO House retreat.

Obviously we had fun, but there was so much more. I loved watching our team come up with creative solutions, step outside of their comfort zones and spend time together in person.

There are amazing wins with working remote, but there are big challenges for leadership to create relationships within the company to truly build a culture. A huge thanks to our crew for joining us for this big week!
