Why is asking for help so hard?
One hurdle in growing our business is a consistent resistance to acknowledging the need for help. From my experiences within numerous companies, everyone needs some help.
Is it a corporate culture issue? 🏢
Ego getting in the way? 💼
Insecurity, perhaps? 🤔
Maybe all of the above??? 🤷♂️
I confess, in my early days at each stop, I resisted seeking help. Over time, I learned that external support could propel me toward my goals and beyond them.
It’s ok to raise your hand and ask for help.
