Seriously. Think about it. There are only so many minutes in a day and if you’re using any of them just to bitch, then you are wasting precious time and money!
Discussing challenges with a goal of a solution is very different from hopping from employee to employee to complain…
Look in the mirror and have an honest chat with yourself. If you have been this person on your team, you are not only hurting yourself, you are slowing down the whole team!
Bring solutions or raise your hand for help, don’t be the parachute to your team’s success.
End of year reflections are important to make sure you set the right goals for what’s ahead.
