My sister and my niece are not on LinkedIn, but I wanted to share this post from a Mom about her daughter. ❤️

This girl... she started her journey of becoming an aesthetician today. She made a decision that college was not the best choice for her (for now) and wanted to focus on her career, which she loves.

There were lots of tears and worries about what that decision meant - knowing she'd be missing out on the "college experience." She's had to defend her decision to customers at work who told her she was making a mistake.

She's had a tough time watching kids move into their dorms, meeting new friends, and having all the fun that college brings - at least what social media shows. She has handled it all like a champ and kept herself focused. She followed her heart and not what society told her she should do - and I couldn't be prouder.

She's unstoppable!

I know she will do great things and make the world more beautiful one client at a time!

So PLEASE- for the Kylies of the world - ask students what their plans are after school and NOT what college they are going to. These kids should never be made to feel less than anyone else.
