My favorite award in sports is the "Sixth Man" because of the valuable lessons it teaches.
This year’s winner, Payton Pritchard, dominated the voting, and it’s easy to see why. His ability to adjust his game and master new skills to help his team is inspiring.
I love his quote: "I feel like I’ve done my job as far as helping this team come off the bench and be a spark and try to be the best bench player in the league."
So, what can #LessonFromSports can we all learn from this?
1️⃣ You don’t have to be a “starter” to make a difference for your team. Be the spark! 🌟
2️⃣ If you provide solutions for your “coach,” they’ll learn to rely on you. 👏
3️⃣ Adjusting your game and learning new skills not only helps the team, but it also enhances your overall value. 💰
Take a look at your team at work—what skills could you develop to solve some challenges? Go be the solution, and watch what happens to your career. 🚀
