There is no middle ground with that type of a job.
When I think of loving it and living it, Nicky Patriarca would always come to mind. She was one of the first people I met at the Padres and we hit it off immediately. Over the years our friendship has grown as we shared laughs, tears, trips and many dance offs!
Nicky’s love of telling great stories about athletes is just one of the natural skills that has allowed her to shine. And I’m so excited to see the stories she will tell at her next stop with Houston Dynamo Football Club with another friend Jennifer Hinkle. I love it!!!
We will miss you in San Diego, but I always knew your heart belongs in Texas! Here’s to new adventures and challenges my friend. 🙌
