We started CUENTO Marketing (opens the CUENTO site in a new tab) in 2019 while both holding massive full-time jobs. For more than a year, we woke up early, worked late nights, and spent weekends building a business strong enough to stand on its ownโฆ and strong enough for us to walk away.
On December 1, 2020, in the middle of a pandemic, we took the leap.
Were we scared? Maybe a little.
Were we fully prepared? Probably not.
Did that stop us? Absolutely not.
A failure to launch is a ๐๐๐๐๐จ๐ฅ๐. Stop perfectingโฆ and ๐๐ข.
Looking back nowโat the adventures, the lessons, the people, and the brands weโve been fortunate to work withโthese five years have been the most fulfilling stretch of my career.
Is it easy? No.
Is it for everyone? No.
Would I do it again? Without hesitation.
