Watching The Bear reminded me of the daunting but critical process of raising expectations. At first, it feels overwhelming. Resistance is inevitable. But having gone through this process and seen the results firsthand, I can confidently say: it’s worth it.
When you set clear standards and stick to them, two things happen:
1️⃣ Your business grows.
2️⃣ The people who commit to the journey grow with it.
