I saw this video yesterday and got a surge of energy. Too often, distractions get in the way of our goals.
I often ask people, what is your ultimate goal? The follow-up question is whether a decision being made in the moment helps you achieve that goal or slows you down.
For this athlete, winning a gold medal was likely high on that list of goals, and we all know the answer to the second question.
I hope this post motivates you to keep going. Don’t stop to celebrate small wins—push through that urge and drive to the ultimate goal. LFG! 🔥
