I've had too many conversations with people who lack trust and belief in their leadership or their organization as a whole. Without trust, there's no solid foundation for success. Without belief in your leadership then you are just wandering through your days.

You must have some self-awareness and assess whether your current environment is truly the best fit for you. There's no justification for spending a single minute in a place where you don't feel valued and do not have trust.

You need to prioritize your self-worth and time, committing to finding an environment where you trust everyone and everything around you.

If it looks like a rat, smells like a rat, and acts like a rat... there's no reason to wait for the rat to steal your cheese.
